An Egyptian businessman and founder of GOHAR Industrial & Trading in 1986. As an entrepreneur he was continuously seeking new opportunities beyond resources controlled to turning ideas into a fully operational business.

 As a leader he was responsible for guiding trajectory of his business including every aspect from funding and strategy to resources allocation.

He could actively manage the relation between risk and reward, breaking down the barriers to more collaborative factory development, ending with a family business to be influenced by a multi-generation dimension.

Rania Gohar is a qualified business development professional with a degree of masters in business administration accredited from the American university in Cairo.

Skilled in business planning, strategic planning, and operation management, Rania as a second-generation family member owns the ability to influence the vision of the business and the willingness to use that ability to pursue distinctive goals.

About the company

Over the past 4 decades GOHAR was founded and operated under the leadership of one of Egypt’s leaders in the manufacturing industries, transforming itself from a limited family operation into a leading market producer and distributor. GOHAR's story began in 1986 when Mohamed Gohar recognized the lack of manufacturing household products in the Egyptian industry and decided to build the  factory in the industrial city of 10thof Ramadan with over more than 1500 meters of production area with fully automated equipped machines and manpower. The business expanded rapidly throughout the years, growing sales and streamlining operations through increased specialization until it reached its current form as one of Egypt’s leading players in the Egyptian industry as a manufacturer and distributer.
